360 Analytics is a consulting firm specializing in building energy analysis, and we are currently seeking applicants for performance analysts to join our team.  Our work covers a broad range of services, including:

·         Performing analysis and providing recommendations to clients to optimize building design for energy and water performance.
·         Energy modeling for LEED and other green building certifications.
·         Utility bill analysis, measurement and verification, and other evaluations of actual building performance

Qualifications for Analyst I:

Qualifications for Senior Analyst:

·         5 years experience designing building mechanical systems or a combination of design/energy analysis.
·         Experience independently coordinating and completing energy analysis projects on schedule and within budget, communicating results to clients, and reviewing the work of entry-level analysts.
·         Proficiency with energy modeling software, such as eQuest/DOE-2.2 or OpenStudio/EnergyPlus, and MS Excel
·         Strong reading/writing, research, and interpersonal skills.
·         Licensed PE or qualified to sit for PE exam.

Additional Skills/Experience:
·         Knowledge of one or more computer programming languages – preferably Ruby or VBA.
·         Experience with other analysis tools commonly used in our industry, such as Radiance, WINDOW/THERM, CFD.
·         Building energy auditing or commissioning experience.

Contracting Terms

·         Company will pay you $30/hour for services rendered.
·         This agreement commences on the Effective Date listed on the signature page, and will continue until the earlier of (a) June 1, 2012 or (b) termination as provided below.
·         Prior to the expiration date above, this contract can be terminated at any time without cause by you or the Company. 
·         Company agrees to a minimum Contract commitment of 20 hours/week (pro-rated by day), with a maximum of 40 hours/week, unless otherwise approved. 
·         During the Contract period, you will be expected to perform your work in the Company’s offices in Seattle, WA, unless other arrangements are approved. 
·         During the Contract period, you will not render commercial or professional services of any nature to any person or organization, whether or not for compensation, without the prior written consent of the Company.
·         The Company will pay for services rendered after end of each month, within five business days of receiving an approved list of hours worked, as outlined below. 
·         Company will reimburse reasonable expenses incurred by the Contractor in performing Services pursuant to this Agreement only if the Contractor receives written consent from an authorized agent of the Company prior to incurring the expenses and receipts for all reimbursed expenses are provided.
·         Company will provide a desktop computer and software for your use during the term of the Contract.
·         This Contract includes no medical, vacation, or other benefits.
·         After at least four weeks of satisfactory Contractor performance in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the Company will provide a $400 bonus as part of your compensation for relocation to the Seattle area. 

Full-time Position Terms

·         Annual Compensation: $45,760/year, or $3813.33 per month, payable twice monthly
·         Exempt position, no overtime pay
·         Ten days paid flex time (accrued at rate of 3.1 hrs/pay period) + holidays listed below + time off between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day holidays.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Supervise Operating Engineer employees; participate in hiring and disciplinary decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with Building Services staff, supervisors, and managers to develop a routine preventative maintenance checks and services program within the organization's system for building systems within the division's facility inventory; implement and maintain the preventative maintenance checks and services program.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) with five to seven years of experience, Or Associate of Arts Degree (AA) in HVAC with 10 to 12 years of experience in designing HVAC systems for health care, detention, courthouse and office buildings.
  • Experience in building automation systems, construction, property or facilities management and five years of progressively responsible experience in building operations; or eight years of building operations management experience, and a combination of education and experience in the facility management industry.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining building HVAC systems and complex engineering controls including knowledge of the hazards and precautions associated with building HVAC systems.
  • Experience in reviewing technical plans and documents and participating in engineering tasks.
  • Ability to blend people into teams and foster open dialogue.

Summary:
ü  Responsible for building relationships and communicating Gensco’s commercial product line card with professional engineering firms.
ü  Work to increase Gensco’s sales of applied commercial products and assist in building Gensco’s reputation as a supplier of choice within the commercial market.

1.     Plan and Spec
a.    Develop relationships with 20-25 Architects and Engineers to get them to specify Gensco’s applied commercial products.
