Mechanical, Ventilation and Energy Codes Committee reviews petition for emergency rule At their December 12, 2011 meeting, the MVE Committee will be reviewing a draft response to Cascade Energy’s petition for repeal of the cold storage warehouse requirements in the 2009 Washington State Energy Code.
